Do you sell all of your products online?
Our design and giftshop in Amsterdam offers a wide assortment of Brands You Love and Things You
Want. Unfortunately, it is not possible to put all products online. Some products are too fragile to
send, or our stock can be temporarily or limited. So if you are looking for a unique gift and you can
not find it in our webshop, don’t hesitate to drop by in our store at Raadhuisstraat 2 in Amsterdam.

The item that I want is out of stock; when is it available again? 
Please contact us when the item that you want to buy is out of stock. We will be happy to let you
know if and when the product is available again.

How do you protect my privacy?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously and we are committed to ensuring
that your personal information is protected at all times. For more information about this, please see

Order & Delivery

When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order within 2-3 working days. Most of the times the shipment will be delivered the
next day, but unfortunately this is no guarantee.

Can I also pickup my order?
Yes, ofcourse. You can also pick up your order at our design and giftshop in Amsterdam. You can find
our store at Raadhuisstraat 2 (behind the Royal Palace). In this case you should select “Collect order
at BPD”. We will then inform you once the order is ready for pick up.

Which delivery partner do you use?
Your shipment will be send via PostNL.

What are the shipment costs?
Shipment costs for the Netherlands are € 6,75. For orders over € 50,- (Netherlands only) shipment is
free.

Do you also deliver abroad (outside the Netherlands)?
At this moment we only ship orders within Europe. Delivery is done via PostNL. Shipment costs to all
European addresses are € 20,-. For orders over € 150,- shipment is free.

Can my order be send as a gift?
We wrap every order for free, both in our store as in our webshop. Do you want to send your order
as a gift? Add a remark to your order and select the option of using another billing address. Also add
what text you would like us to put on the accompanying card.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation. In case you haven’t
receive any, please let us know.

Can I change my order?
As long as your order has not been processed, it is still possible to change your order. In that case
please send an email to info@bpd.nu

Payment Information

Which payments methods are available?
You can pay with IDEAL, Paypal or creditcard (Mastercard/Visa).

Can you use a different billing address than your shipping address?
Yes. In step 2 of the ordering process you can select a different billing address.

Return & Cancellation Policy

How to return an item?
It is possible to return the item that you have bought within 30 days. Items must be unused,
complete and in their original condition and packaging. Please send your return to the following

Before you return you item, send us an email (info@bpd.nu) stating your name, the number of your
bankaccount and the reason for return.

Are there any costs to consider when returning an item?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item.
However, please note that returns are at your own expense. We don’t accept any unpaid or
unexpected packages.

Can I exchange the item I bought online in your physical store?
Yes, you can take your item to our design and giftshop in Amsterdam to exchange your item.

Can I still cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been processed, it is still possible to change your order. In that case
please send an email to info@bpd.nu
